Nail whiz Sophy Robson shares her House of Holland mani design secrets…
“One of the highlights form my fashion week this week so far was working for one of the coolest guys in London if not the world, the master of modern branding: Mr Henry Holland and his label, House of Holland.
“This season was the most sophisticated Henry and his team have come up with yet. Pixie Geldof (Henry’s official muse) confessed to me after the show that she had to wipe tears from her eyes she was so proud of his latest work. There was lots of gold, denim, pleating and banana leaf prints in the signature colours of purple and green.

“The 70′s were a strong influence on the look but in a very laid back, funky but glamorous way. It was summery but effortlessly chic with suntanned girls made up by Lucia Pica with slightly set, bouncy catwalk hair created by Sebastian styling director Shay Dempsey. Nailwise, I created glitter-tastic stick-ons with flesh coloured glitter to complete the d.i.s.c.o effect (let’s just say I did get slightly covered in it).

“Also spotted in the front row were other celeb fans Agnes Deyn, Amber Rose, Nicola Roberts from Girls Aloud and Lily Allen.”
