I did originally gravitate towards the sheer mesh body suit a la Lady Gaga in size 12, but I was discouraged from imitating my personal style icon. Therefore my hero piece is a blue tweed sports jacket with a blue polka dot handkerchief thanks to our chums at H&M. There’s something about elbow pads that I love because it gives one an aura of ‘landed gentry’. I also love the purple melton – very nice touch.
