At The Daily we pride ourselves on championing photographers who are bringing innovation and a personal vision to reportage and portraiture. Shaniqwa Jarvis, whose exhibition This Charming Man opens tonight is just such a photographer. This sassy New Yorker has made a name for herself as the go-to-girl for intimate, off-the-cuff portraits and the kind of reportage imagery that forces you to double-take. She drinks dodgy green power shakes during LFW, is always ready with a perfectly-timed jape and is an esteemed member of the Daily team. Oh and we love her to bits.
